You will be:

Self-starting, a natural hospitality pro, hardworking, and guest-focused to ensure a first-class guest experience. You will be making food to spec in service, cleaning as you go, and cleaning at the beginning and end of your shift. You will have a can-do attitude and you will want to be part of the success.

Focused on the details, from a great plate of food through to health and safety, ensuring that we deliver the highest standards and create happy guests who want to stay longer and keep coming back.

Able to work independently and adapt to the times to develop the right offer.

As Chef de Partie, you will be proactive in the team to ensure success and will be fully responsible for kitchen due diligence,

H&S, and paperwork along with your colleagues. You will work alongside the Head Chef to produce a high-class service, with the foundations of speed of service and everything going out from the pass to spec each time.
