-Creating and implementing new dishes
-Managing your teams and their rotas against budgets
-Managing menu margins and stock control
-Training and developing your chefs
-Ensure delivery and consistency of menus and service
-Cover service when required
-Maintain compliance and records
-Ensure a positive working environment
