A new 150 cover restaurant that will be opening in East London at the start of 2025 is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating classic British/European desserts while ensuring the Pastry function operates seamlessly, delivering consistently high standards of service.
About You:
Were looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef ready for progression, who has experience in similar roles, ideally with time within busy quality restaurants or hotels. As a leader, you should possess the ability to motivate and mentor a small pastry team. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
