Working Hours:48 hours per week
Shifts:5 days, 7 shifts (3 singles, 2 doubles)
Shift Times:Singles: 8 AM - 4 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM Doubles: 10 AM - 10 PM
Note:Closed for Christmas and New Year, early close on Sunday

This esteemed establishment offers a casual fine dining experience, featuring exquisite Italian cuisine with fresh pasta made in-house and seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers.Headed by a world renowned chef, this is an incredible brand to make the next step in your chef career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook dishes with a focus on fresh pasta and seasonal produce.
  • Support menu development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-end Italian restaurant. (ideally 2/3 Rosette minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, with expertise in fresh pasta and seasonal produce.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating outstanding Italian dishes with a commitment to using local and seasonal ingredients.
