Head Chef -Wine Bar & Restaurant
We are recruiting for a talented and passionate Head Cheffor a lovely wine bar in Canary Wharf known for its seasonal menus and commitment to sustainability and nose to tail cooking. Focus on small plates designed to pair with the amazing wines.
You should be a strong manager who can lead and manage the kitchen, ensuirng all health and safety and food safety standards are met and working with the Exec Chef on menu development. You will be responsible for mentoring and training junior chefs
You should have experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking for a first time Head Chef role, ideally in a similar small plates or wine bar setting. You should be passionate about sustainable, seasonal, and organic cooking with an emphasis on local produce, which experience in nose-to-tail cooking.
Working 48 hours a week, the busiest days are during the week so there will be weekends off!
