- Content Creation & Management: Develop and create engaging content for websites, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), posters, and statements to promote both the nurseries and accountancy services.
- Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals, ensuring content resonates with the target audience for both sectors.
- Site Visits: Travel between the nursery locations in Essex/East London (all sites within a 30-minute drive of each other) to capture engaging content (photos, videos, behind the scenes, etc.) and ensure the brand’s presence is strong across platforms.
- SEO & Content Optimisation: Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility across various digital platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns and content, using insights to drive improvements and ensure the effectiveness of future strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms while tailoring content to the unique needs of each business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and business owners to plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of both digital and online marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and promotions.
- Monthly Updates: Manage monthly updates across platforms to keep content fresh, engaging, and aligned with business goals.
- Comfortable with travel between sites (Essex/East London) and flexibility to adapt to on the ground needs.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of how social media algorithms work and how to use them to optimise content reach and engagement.
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content (photos, videos, copy).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and website content optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create content that resonates with different audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the education sector (particularly nurseries) and/or professional services (accountancy).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
- A marketing degree or CIM qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
