We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join a high-performing team, specializing in selling quality homes across prime London developments. The Role:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing sales strategies across multiple developments. You will work closely with various sales agents, managing relationships to generate leads, and proposals, and ultimately delivering impressive sales results. Your role will involve conducting viewings, gathering market data, and collaborating with partners to ensure the success of each project.

You'll work under the guidance of an experienced Head of Sales, learning from industry leaders with a strong track record in delivering some of Londons fastest-selling schemes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for multiple property schemes

  • Present data and results to project partners, incorporating their feedback to co-create forward-thinking sales plans
