As a Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales, managing the customer journey, and leading a high-performing sales team.
?? Manage the full sales process, from initial inquiry to contract exchange and completion
?? Guide buyers through the purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
?? Develop and implement sales strategies to drive reservations and achieve targets
?? Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training, mentoring, and performance management
?? Build strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders
?? Conduct viewings, open house events, and property tours
?? Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all interactions
?? Work closely with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and conversion
?? Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions
?? Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
? Proven experience in new homes sales preferably within a developer, but strong estate agency new homes experience will be considered
? Track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
? Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team
? Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and convert leads effectively
? Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
? Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for property sales
? Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis
