The Home will be for Children 12-17 with emotional and /or Behavioural difficulties and currently in the process of registering with OFSTED.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
  • Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or as a Children's Home Registered Manager in a Children's home• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
  • • Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
