The position offers a salary range of £60,000 to £65,000 annually and is a full-time permanent role.
The successful candidate will oversee a new Residential Children's Home for children aged 12-17 with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.
Candidates must have recent experience as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or Registered Manager, along with relevant qualifications such as a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or as a Children's Home Registered Manager in a Children's home• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
