We are currently partnering with a leading electrical contractor specialising in high-quality residential projects. They are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Project Manager to join their team and oversee the electrical installations for a large-scale residential development in Woolwich.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling: The electrical project manager is responsible for developing detailed plans and schedules for electrical installations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. This includes coordinating with other trades and managing resources efficiently to meet deadlines.

Budget Management: They are responsible for managing the electrical portion of the project budget. This involves estimating costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Coordination with Stakeholders: The electrical project manager works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the electrical system is designed and implemented according to specifications. They also coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Quality Control and Compliance: Ensuring that all electrical work adheres to industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations is a critical responsibility. The project manager oversees inspections, tests, and certifications to maintain compliance and quality.
