Location:Various UK Sites (London and Surrounding Areas)
Salary:£75,000 + Travel Expenses + Annual Bonus
Are you an experienced M&E Project Manager looking for a new challenge with a company on the rise? We are seeking a highly motivated individual from either an electrical or mechanical background to oversee residential, student accommodation, and care home projects, with M&E values ranging from £6 million to £11 million.
The Role:
Lead and manage M&E packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors, driving performance and ensuring high-quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationships.
Report to a Contracts Manager, who will provide site visits and support as required.
Maintain excellent IT skills to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication effectively.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience leading M&E packages on large-scale projects.
Strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
Previous experience dealing with clients and managing teams.
Ambition and drive to progress your career, with a clear pathway to Contracts Manager in the near future.
Excellent IT skills, including project management software and reporting tools.
