Client: Following the recent appointment of a standout Operations Director, my client has seen a significant period of growth within the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. The business boasts an enviable track record and they have made significant investment in London over the last 5 years. Their current turnover sits at 50m per annum and they have a full order book for this and next year.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager - 425 - 500 per day

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a MEP Contract worth up to 8m from cradle to grave within the healthcare, laboratories or commercial office sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
  • Technical Submittals
  • Procurement
  • Sub-contractor and Labour Management
  • Cost Control
  • Progress Reporting
  • Health & Safety
  • Project & Programme Implementation
  • Understanding of design and drawings
  • Technical & Progress Meetings
  • Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
  • Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
