The business boasts an enviable track record and they have made significant investment in London over the last 5 years. Their current turnover sits at 50m per annum and they have a full order book for this and next year.
Role: Mechanical Project Manager - 425 - 500 per day
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a MEP Contract worth up to 8m from cradle to grave within the healthcare, laboratories or commercial office sector.
Responsibilities:
- Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
- Technical Submittals
- Procurement
- Sub-contractor and Labour Management
- Cost Control
- Progress Reporting
- Health & Safety
- Project & Programme Implementation
- Understanding of design and drawings
- Technical & Progress Meetings
- Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
- Compilation of O&M Manuals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
- Experience in a project management role
- Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
