**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team to work on social housing contracts in the west london and surrounding areas due to company growth. You will be required to undertake general plumbing repairs and maintenance work in clients homes, leaving customers with the piece of mind and confidence in the quality of work undertaken
**Duties:**
- Conducting routine maintenance checks in social housing properties
- Installing, repairing plumbing systems including fixtures and fittings
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing solutions promptly and effectively
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and complies with relevant regulations
- Completing relevant job reports and maintaining accurate records of work undertaken
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Willingness to attend emergency call outs (1/4)
**Requirements:**
-Relevant plumbing qualifications.eg.NVQ Level 2 or equiv
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to work on own initiative and independently
- Must be CIS Registered(we can assist with this)
- Vehicle and fuel card supplied for the right candidate
