Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our client in South East London. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building regulations and a proven track record in conducting detailed surveys, preparing reports, and providing expert advice on construction and property-related issues. The successful Building surveyor will also hold membership with RICS although this is not essential. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive building surveys and inspections.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Advise clients on property and construction-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and legislation.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional membership with RICS or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in dealing with building regulations and compliance.
