Commercial Director, London, £80k - £120k DOE + Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Commercial Director to join a dynamic, fast-growing business, which operates across events, bars, catering, and large-scale venues. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new revenue streams, and developing innovative strategies to expand their portfolio.

About the role:

Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across all business areas
Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships
Lead new business initiatives, from concept to delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions
Oversee commercial performance, analysing data to track success and identify areas for improvement

About you:

Proven experience in a senior commercial role within events, hospitality, or catering
Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels
Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
