We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Commercial Director to join a dynamic, fast-growing business, which operates across events, bars, catering, and large-scale venues. This is a high-impact role, responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new revenue streams, and developing innovative strategies to expand their portfolio.
About the role:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across all business areas
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams, market opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Lead new business initiatives, from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to drive strategic decisions
- Oversee commercial performance, analysing data to track success and identify areas for improvement
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role within events, hospitality, or catering
- Strong track record in business development, revenue growth, and strategic planning
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
