?? Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor (Electrical Bias) ??
?? Location: Shoreditch Corporate Office
?? Salary: £53k + Overtime + £1,700 Call Out Bonus
Key Details:
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Lead a team of 4 engineers
- Oversee electrical & building maintenance
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance
- Manage subcontractors & client relationships
- Report on performance & compliance
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise planned/reactive electrical maintenance
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Build strong client relationships, addressing service requests
- Oversee subcontractor activities and manage contracts
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, audits, and compliance

Requirements:
- Qualifications: City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and general building maintenance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
