Job Title: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Manager
Location: South East London
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Car, Van or Car Allowance + Fuel Card

Daniel Owen are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a reputable Social Housing contractor based in South East London. There is scope for this position to be for a Manager instead of a Supervisor for the right candidate.
Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day running's of their social housing contracts - the work is all communal no domestic works involved
- Signing off certs
- Ensuring compliance is being kept to
- Invoicing
- Signing off time sheets
- Scheduling work for engineers
- General supervisory duties
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience working as an Electrical Supervisor
- Relevant Electrical Qualifications - 2391, 18th Edition, 2365 or equivalent
- NICEIC Registered
- Experience working in Social Housing
- Happy to be predominantly office based
