Daniel Owen Agency are currently seeking PTS Team Leaders for an exciting rail project based in South East London. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals to take on a leadership role within a professional and well-established team.
We are looking for reliable and proactive Team Leaders who hold a valid Sentinel card and have experience working within rail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising a team on-site to ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinating with site managers and other teams to maintain smooth operations
- Providing hands-on support with rail infrastructure tasks where necessary
- Conducting safety briefings and ensuring team members adhere to site protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Sentinel card (essential)
- MUST have Full UK Driving License
- Proven experience as a PTS Team Leader
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of railway safety procedures and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
