Concept Resources is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a leading UK facility management company.
The salary for this permanent role ranges from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
Candidates must have multi-site contract management experience in the Facilities Management sector.
A valid driver's license is required, as a company car will be provided.
Interviews will take place on 16th September for selected candidates.

Concept Resources are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work for one of the UKs leading facility management companies.

The salary for the role is between £35000 - £40000 per annum.

The role is a permanent position direct with the company from Day1.

You will be situated around multiple contracts around the Canning Town area.

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE AS YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A COMPANY CAR.

You must have the following to apply :

Multi site contract management experience within the Facilities Management sector.
Experience of full profit and loss accountability
BICS / NVQ in Cleaning Support Services
