Our client is an established FM Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients across the country. It is currently looking to hire a Contract Manager to deliver a hard and soft services contract in Newham, East London.
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of engineering, catering, and cleaning to this PFI mental health hospital. The successful Contract Manager will have 4 direct reports and an overall operational team of circa 60 people, plus financial responsibilities.
In addition, the Contract Manager must have strong communication skills, have PFI knowledge, be a strong team leader, inspirational, someone who can take charge and lead the contract from the front. Our client as requested someone who is a people manage at all levels.
