InVictus are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading Facilities Management company who are in the process of hiring a Contract / Compliance Manager to join one of their flagship contracts in Greenwich. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and running their own contract which covers a large site in South East London.
The Responsibilities
The contract managemnet of the staff will be in your hands as well as operation, maintenance, project works and Building performance.
Ensuring that business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the contract. Reviewing and implementing changes for more efficiency if required.
Making sure that the wroking conditions are both safe and healthy, so that both clients, company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented.
Costs being reduced with the delivery of service excellence.
Working amongst the senior leadership team (SLT) to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
Supporting the Technical Service Managers with development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensures that these are met and exceeded.
Ensuring appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met through supportingTechnical service managers.
That effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts and ensuring a customer focuses within all areas of operational activities
Confident in terms of leadership and guidance; advice, coaching and direct support, where required to deliver best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
Effective delivery of Business Communication. Advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate.
Supporting the sales process through solutions development, taking part in presentations and consultation meetings, support to mobilisation as required on new contracts, and hosting visits.
Providing the right learning environment and the right training and development planning, including the support of teams to ensure basic training needs are delivered.
Allowing employees to be fully competent whilst undertaking their roles, reaching their full future potential.
Experience and Qualifications
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical
Minimum 3/5 years experience in a relatable field of work.
Experience managing your own P&L
Great time management skills
Excellent problem solving skills
