Cegeka UKare on the lookout for an Exit-specialist Contracts Manager, on behalf of our UK-Central Government client. This is a 12-month assignment starting in early January based at our client's East London site in a hybrid capacity, and would sit inside of IR35. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Transition and Delivery teams to develop and maintain relationships with incumbent supplier, internal teams and replacement suppliers
- Develop and finalise incumbent suppliers' exit plan, including considerations of data provision, staff transfer processes and other termination services
- Work closely with Commercial team to define and agree charges for Termination Services, and facilitate the agreement of dependencies to be delivered by replacement suppliers
- Lead definition and agreement incumbent supplier explicit accountabilities and responsibilities
- Manage progress of both Government Client and incumbent supplier against the agreed Exit Plan, Termination Services and external dependencies
Requirements
- Demonstratable experience in overseeing large-scale supplier exit plans within the context of the Public Sector
- Proven experience in defining and agreeing of supplier exit-related plans and accountabilities, as well as overseeing supplier accountability throughout the exit process
- Proven ability to manage complex and potentially strained supplier relationships during the period of exit, including demonstrable ability to defuse and dissolve conflict between involved parties
- Experience in large-scale public-sector IT programme delivery
- PRINCE2, MSP, MCIPS or equivalent qualification
