Service desk Advisor Free Parking Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 one in three Saturday mornings paid as overtime

Customer Service Representative working in a friendly service desk responding to clients requiring services and maintenance of electrical appliances.

Duties:- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.- Logging jobs and services onto the system , booking in services and following up to ensure any repairs or works have been completed- Resolve customer issues or queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.- updating the internal database

Skills:- previous experience within a service desk or helpdesk or call centre- Excellent phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.- Proficient computer literacy and able to pick up internal systems

WORKING CONDITIONSWorking conditions are normal for an office environment.Hours will be Mon-Fri 08:30 to 17:30Saturday morning 09:00-13:00 on rota basis 1-3 paying Time and Half.To occasionally cover sickness/holidays where possible.
