About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the technical and construction teams. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills who can liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and oversee document control procedures for the project.
  • Coordinate document distribution and approvals with design, technical, and site teams.
  • Ensure all records are up to date and stored correctly in the document management system.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to manage document flow.
  • Monitor document version control to avoid discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the residential construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of document management systems and procedures.
