Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for early years education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to lead an EYFS class in a welcoming and inclusive school in Waltham Forest. This is an exciting opportunity to help young children build strong foundations for their future learning.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• The ability to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, carers, and staff.
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching that inspires curiosity and development.
• A commitment to promoting inclusive practices and meeting the needs of all children.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate lessons that support children's development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Assessing and tracking children's progress to ensure they meet their developmental milestones.
• Creating a positive and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of every child in your care.
