Location: Hybrid working with regular presence in East London
Contract Duration: Four months, with the possibility of extension
Working Hours: 35 hours per week with flexible scheduling
38 per hour umbrella
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct effective engagement with key stakeholders, including leaders and HR Business Partners, to understand organizational needs.
- Diagnosis and Analysis: Partner with leaders to define and diagnose organizational challenges and opportunities.
- Design and Implementation: Collaborate to design and implement organizational development interventions tailored to managers and their teams.
- Change Management: Provide coaching and advice to managers and leaders to facilitate effective change management and people engagement.
- Facilitation: Facilitate group sessions and workshops to address team dynamics and improve organizational culture.
- Data Analysis: Analyze relevant data to inform organizational development strategies and evaluate intervention outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Organizational Development Consultants, Learning and Development Practitioners, and HR professionals.
- Use of Technology: Leverage Microsoft 365 applications to enhance communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced CIPD qualification is desired but not essential.
- Experience: Minimum of three years experience specifically in organisational development.
- Experience in the public sector or COUNCIL local authorities is REQUIRED!!
- Certifications: Professional certifications in organisational development, change management, or coaching are desirable but not essential.
