Are you an experienced maintenance electrician who is fully qualified and looking for a new challenge? I am partnering with a leading FM service provider who have a rare opportunity to join a flagship national contract in the East London area. The successful candidate will be well drilled with electrical health and safety, PPMs, and the upkeep of electrical plant installations.

  • 42,000 to 45,000 per annum
  • Static site - East London
  • Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm

Duties

  • PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical plant installations
  • Routing checks and plant room walk-arounds
  • Logging works correctly
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Rewires
  • Replacing transformers, breakers, circuits
  • Lighting issues
  • Basic plumbing, mechanical work when required
  • Escorting subcontractors

Requirements

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential)
  • 18th Edition (essential)
  • Min. 3 years commercial/industrial maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of commercial plant rooms
