Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Data Officer to work Full Time based in Redbridge.

The salary for this Data Officer job is up to £35,448 per annum.Main duties:

  • Liaise with each of the four borough’s information governance teams, ensuring the collection of key performance data from each borough.
  • Analyse each borough’s performance data and to prepare individual performance reports and four borough performance reports.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports to the governance board for the Children’s EDT.
  • Monitor and ensure that Performance Reviews are carried out in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with service reviews, providing analysed information to Managers and Senior Management Team and to make recommendations for Service Improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Organise each team’s rota in conjunction with the two deputy managers, ensuring adequate cover for both teams and in exceptional circumstances drawing on bank staff for cover.
  • Manage the induction of all new staff in the service.
  • Manage the training log for both teams and organise staff training as requested by the Service Manager or Deputy Managers.
  • Arrange on-going training on various social care databases required by staff within their team.
  • Liaise with each EDT Deputy Manager to ensure that all staff receive effective induction, supervision, appraisal and support.
  • Establish, organise and maintain filling system as required.
  • Contribute to processing of staff mileage and subsistence claims and to maintain records.
  • Monitor supplies of stationery, place orders as required and ensure that stationery supplies are kept well stocked.
  • Liaise with other teams and agencies as required.
  • Perform any other duties appropriate to this area of work and consistent with the level of the post, as may from time to time be required.

Requirements of this Data Officerjob:

  • A social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Registered or eligible for registration.
