We have an exciting opportunity for a Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in East London, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to working closely with students to help them manage their behaviour, succeed academically, and thrive socially.
In this role, youll work directly with students who face behavioural challenges, offering one-to-one support and helping them engage with their lessons. Youll collaborate with teachers and the schools SENCO to implement strategies that support these students in a positive and structured environment. Your work will go beyond academics; youll help students build essential life skills like self-regulation, confidence, and social interaction.
