Cover Supervisor Secondary
The role of Cover Supervisor is incredibly important to us. We support staff with excellent professional development opportunities and want them to be able to be there for their own families when the need arises. Therefore, we need staff who know our students and how we do things to cover lessons when teaching staff are not there.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people; those considering training to be a teacher; those who want to take a step back from teaching.

Responsibilities of Cover Supervisor:
- Be able to provide support to learners
- Hold an Honors Degree
- Be confident in front of a class, managing behaviour and keeping learners on task
- Previous experience in a Secondary school setting
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Be eligible to work
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
- Hold a passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference
- Support students with their learning and provide assistance when needed
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Job Details Cover Supervisor
- Full time, Long term with the view of becoming permanent
- £85 - £100 per day
- ASAP start
