ECT MFL Teacher (French and Spanish)
Location: Redbridge
Salary: £185 - £265 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Long Term/Permanent

GSL Education London Branch is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated ECT MFL Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Redbridge. Responsibilities of an ECT MFL Teacher:

• Teach engaging French and Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that inspire students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality curriculum.
• Support students with different learning needs and abilities.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, parents' evenings, and staff meetings.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.

Requirements for an ECT MFL Teacher:

• Must be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a specialism in MFL (French and Spanish).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching languages.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the school community.
• Right to work in the UK.
