Main Responsibilities -
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality indian cuisine
- Manage the inventory of raw ingredients and waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with the highest quality, hygiene, and health standards.
- In-depth knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques
- Knowledge of all procedures and standards for food production, receiving, storage and sanitation.
- City & Guilds certification, BTEC or NVQ are adventagious.
- Previous experience IS required.
Working Hours -
09:00-17:00. Monday-Friday.
