FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Damp Surveyor to join a growing team in KENT and surrounding areas..
Be dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise in damp and timber issues.
If you are PCA trained, with a CSRT or CSTDB accreditation, and possess a passion for delivering excellent client service, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and assessments of properties for damp and timer issues, including rising damp, condensation, dry rot, woodworm, air bricks and more.
- Prepare detailed reports and technical drawings to present findings clearly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with Clients, addressing queries and providing expert advice on appropriate treatments and solutions.
- Drive to Client locations across Kent and the South East London borders, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Stay updated with industry trends and willing to develop new skills as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- PCA Trained and CSRT or CSTDB accredited qualification is essential.
- Proven working knowledge of damp and timber related issues.
- Strong proficiency in report writing and producing technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with Clients.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and adapt to new challenges.
START DATE
Flexible - finding the right person is more important than an immediate start date.
