The Ideal EYFS Teacher will:

Demonstrate a solid understanding of how EYFS children learn and how to adapt teaching styles to best suit the diverse needs in the classroom.
Be able to maintain effective classroom discipline in a positive, constructive manner and promote self-disciplined behaviour across the school.
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that are in line with the EYFS national curriculum
Produce the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff and students in achieving individual and academic goals.
