Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Reporting Into Engineering Manager
Tecrec are currently searching for Fire Damper Engineers to work across London & Southeast this is to work for a business whose mission is to help FM service providers stay at the top of their game by efficiently combining services from within their business with external partners who believe in adding value, enhancing services and bringing something extra to the table.
Our client manages the ongoing maintenance of Air Conditioning, Chiller and Ventilation Systems, ensuring they work efficiently and reliably all year round.
This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.
- As a Fire Damper Engineer, you will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London & Southeast region.
- Maintaining and inspecting fire dampers: Guarantee their functionality through regular testing and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Providing expert service: Perform vent duct cleaning, kitchen canopy cleaning, and grease extraction, keeping critical ventilation systems running efficiently.
- Collaborating with the team: Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing and maintaining fire dampers and hold industry qualifications such as;
Fire Damper Qualification
2392 - Fire Damper Test and Inspect
Excellent problem-solving skills: Diagnose and address issues with fire dampers and ventilation systems effectively.
Full UK driving license
Positive attitude.
Asbestos training Desired
