HLTA Responsibilities:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across all year groups (EYFS, KS1 & KS2) when covering teachers.
Collaborating with class teachers and the senior leadership team to ensure learning objectives are met and students' academic potential is maximized.
Providing support to SEND students, using tailored approaches to meet their individual needs.
Implementing effective teaching strategies to promote learning across all subjects and year groups.
