School HR Administrator- Temp to Perm to start immediatelyWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to join a well-planned and engaging curriculum school. The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks within the HR department, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the company.Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter employment data into the company database.
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
  • Assist higher-level HR staff with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Set up and coordinate recruitment and training events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries with timely and accurate information.
  • Monitor sickness and absences.
  • Create and maintain staff handbooks, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Update and maintain employee holiday and sickness records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organisational and time management skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
