The Role:
  • Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in leading the kitchen and maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and an understanding of Japanese and Italian techniques.
  • Ensure precision, consistency, and execution of every dish in a high-pressure environment.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with best practices.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
