- Support the Head Chef & Sous Chef in leading the kitchen and maintaining exceptional standards.
- Contribute to menu development, bringing creative ideas and an understanding of Japanese and Italian techniques.
- Ensure precision, consistency, and execution of every dish in a high-pressure environment.
- Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with best practices.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP in a fine-dining or accolade-driven kitchen.
- Strong skills in terms of Fish / sushi
- A passion for Japanese and Italian cuisine, with knowledge of traditional techniques.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring each dish meets exacting standards.
