An amazing position is becoming available at Didiers Patisserie as a New Product Development pastry chef working along our NPD team and production team
The position is open to different level of experience from Junior to more senior position hence the Bracket salary from 30k to 40k. This will be discussed with the director during interview and after the trial day.
Monday to Friday - 7am to 4.30pm
You will be working within our new product development team, creating recipes based on our clients brief. This is a very exciting position as you can use all your talent and creativity to submit ideas to the development chef. As well as creating recipes based on the brief received from clients, you will need to reinterpret in order to create patisserie suitable for the market such as airlines, sport events, restaurants, you will work with premium ingredients, all patisserie are hand made by us and you will work in a very modern environment.
You will also be working within the different areas of production to ensure the implementation of the new recipes and the planning associated with these new lines are fully adequate.
About you:
.Must be at minimum a trained pastry Chef; You must have had gone through a formal training or you must have hands onexperience in creating dessert recipes in reputable establishments
Teamwork and positive attitude are both essential
Good communication skill
Organised- Preciseand Corporate
