Starting in April 2025 we are looking for the perfect fit. Someone that is confident covering all age groups, covering a variety of subjects across different year groups whilst providing essential to the students.

Key Responsibilities of a Primary PPA Teacher:

  • Provide cover for all year groups (EYFS to KS2) during planning, preparation, and assessment time, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a broad curriculum, fostering active participation and curiosity in students.
  • Maintain a well-managed, respectful classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and a strong learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and consistency in teaching practices across year groups.
  • Offer constructive feedback to students, monitoring their progress and providing guidance to support their academic development.
