Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of both pubs, ensuring excellent service and efficiency
- Manage, recruit, and train staff to build a strong and motivated team
- Drive sales, promotions, and customer engagement to increase revenue
- Handle stock control, supplier relations, and cost management
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Proven experience managing a pub or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- A track record of improving business performance and increasing takings
- Commercial awareness and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- A passion for creating a welcoming and profitable pub environment
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
