Salary - £15,000 £25,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Hours Monday Friday 8:30am 6pm Saturday 9am 5pm, 5-day week
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Wanstead holding a high profile of properties they are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills, who are articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company. Itis essential you are an experienced negotiator with good knowledge of the property sector.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our clients high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in estate agency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
