As a ScrubPractitioner, you will:

  • Work in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
  • Participate fully as a team member to promote a cohesive team and achieve objectives.
  • Assist in surgeries including Robotics, Urology, and Gynaecology.
  • Utilise advanced equipment and technology, including DaVinci Surgical Systems.
  • Provide exceptional care to patients in a professional environment.

The ideal Theatre Practitioner - Scrub will have:

  • Current HCPC/NMC Registration.
  • Postgraduate experience in Theatres.
  • 12 months of Surgical (scrub) experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
