Excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultancy as their Senior Associate within the Building Surveying department. Your new role
As the Senior Associate Building Surveyor you will be joining the highly successful Project Management division and will be taking on a leadership role as Senior Associate. Projects are expected to be commercial biased including warehouse, leisure and offices, though you may also be required to get involved with mixed-use schemes on occasion. As the Senior Associate, you will play an active part in promoting the company's services to secure projects and new work. You will be involved in the full life-cycle of projects including specification writing and contract administration.
This role is offered at Senior Associate level with fast-track promotion to Director.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should be an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and have experience working on commercial projects. Experience developing new project opportunities is preferred, although not essential. You should live within commutable distance of East London. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes will be required.
