Supply Teacher

We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Secondary Teacher for a school in Tower Hamlets. This role will offer you the opportunity to:
- Cover for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring that learning objectives are met
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils of all abilities
- Manage classroom behaviour keeping pupils focused and motivated
- Work closely with school staff to ensure that pupils are progressing well
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment that promotes inclusion and diversity
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working with secondary aged pupils as a QTS or NQT
- A drive for teaching and the ability to confidently manage classrooms and behaviour strategies
- Resilience and passion to inspire pupils
- Eligibility to work in the UK (must have valid visa/ overseas police check if relevant)
- Relevant references covering your last two years of employment
