  • Working closely with Partners to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Leading client consultations and providing expert tax advice.
  • Managing tax compliance and planning across personal, corporation, trust, and partnership tax.
  • Ensuring compliance with ICAEW Practice Assurance Standards.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, creating a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • CTA qualified.
  • Confident in one-to-one client consultations.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with tax software such as CCH Personal Tax & Central or CorTax.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
