To contribute to an exceptional resident experience through the provision of a high standard of repairs and maintenance tasks. To inspect and diagnose faults and repairs in addition to undertaking minor day to day repairs and decoration to the building(s), grounds and equipment.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Complete repairs and maintenance in areas like plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the building and grounds.
  • Handle electronic maintenance reports and respond swiftly to resident needs.
  • Work as part of a supportive team and maintain great communication with residents and contractors alike.

About You

  • Skilled in general maintenance or a relevant trade qualification (plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
  • Friendly, helpful, and a great communicator.
  • Able to work independently and find efficient solutions to maintenance needs.
