Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.
Knowledge of financial management, including budgets and cost control.
