Field Care Supervisor

You must have a Full UK Driving License and access to a Car.

Salary between £24k - £26K per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with the General Manager and other Staff members as such to ensure Right at Home care operations has outstanding compliance. This is largely a field-based role to support our Clients/Caregivers in maintaining and improving our high standards of quality care.
• Undertake field observations and spot checks on Caregivers.
• Introducing carer to the clients.
• Regular Supervisions and monitors Caregiver's progress.
• Sign off New Caregivers making sure they are competent with their Medication and Manual Handling.
• Shadowing / Mentoring new caregivers and supporting them making sure they are ready to work alone.
• Participate in pre-onboarding client assessments and complete care plans.
